Quy Van Tran a.k.a. Nam

In late summer/early fall of 1988 I had a friend named Quy Van Tran (Tran Van Quy - nickname Nam) whom I met at a Vietnamese grocery store called the Loi Phat Oriental Food Store located at 1702 W. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix, AZ. He was 19 years old. That makes his approximate birth date in 1968 or 1969. At the time, I lived in the Ocotillo apartments on W. Missouri close to Chris-Town Mall.

Nam drove a Toyota Celica and his father and brother lived in a house on Elliott Street just off the Gulf Freeway in Houston, Texas.
